Subash Yadav is betting big on momos.

He's bullish on the Nepali dumpling's potential to become a household name, especially as a relatively quick and wholesome alternative in the freezer aisle. He recently moved back to Minnesota to give industrial production of his Mr. Momo product the full college try, and he's doing it from an unlikely facility: the historic former East Lake Library on 29th and Lake.
