🏗 New plan in motion for Dragon City site

Local developer Left Lane Ventures is moving forward with a new plan for the Dragon City Cafe site (4301 E Lake), which has sat vacant since the longstanding restaurant closed in 2018. The plan calls for rehabbing the building for a new restaurant and adding two small-scale apartment buildings on the rest of the site.
