⛪️ New owner planning community event center in former 41st Ave church

The 115-year-old church at the corner of 32nd Street and 41st Avenue, most recently Thee House Uv Beth-el church, is under new ownership.

Ali Warsame closed on the $805,000 property two weeks ago. He said he’s still finalizing plans for the building, but his leading plan is to convert the worship area into an event center geared toward the Somali community and lease the schoolhouse addition for use as a preschool or daycare.
