Speaking of “when’s that going to open?”: I ran into Lynette co-founder and neighborhood dweller Travis Serbus as he was getting his hands dirty inside the restaurant, which is preparing to open in the former Riverview Wine Bar and Cafe space at 38th Street and 42nd Ave.
